Job Description

The exciting placement role is to be part of the EPS Administrative Team responsible for supporting a very busy team with over 220 Engineers within ZF Steering Organization.

Your task:

  • Work alongside and support the EPS Project Coordinator to provide administrative support and reception duties to all staff. Working at all levels within the EPS Team

  • Support Engineers with:

  • Travel Bookings, Visa Applications, Car Hire, Train Travel

  • Booking Conference Rooms, arranging refreshments/lunches and ensuring conference rooms facilities are working.

  • Reporting and monitoring building issues

  • Raising Purchase Requests

  • Provide Reception support at all times, meeting and greeting visitors, monitoring and recording overseas employees and reporting this to the HMRC representative

  • Support Project Coordinator and HR Manager with events, training, office moves, holiday bookings and other ad hoc projects as required.

Your profile:

  • Enthusiastic about Administration

  • Creative and able to provide ideas to improve “the way we work”

  • Proficient in Office 365

  • Well organized, flexible, and able to work on own initiative
