Division A - Engineering - Steering
The exciting placement role is to work in the EPS sensor integration team responsible for developing steering sensor sub-systems within the ZF Steering Organization.
Work with Engineering teams, suppliers, Quality, Production and project teams to deliver the sub-system to meet ZF and customer requirements. You will gain experience of the technical content of projects, including design, specification and adherence to timing to achieve performance criteria.
Support the following activities:
CATIA design work
Validation management and reporting
ZF change management
Work with other undergraduate Engineers to manage, develop and deliver the annual student project – normally unveiled in a site-wide presentation or open day.
Work with ZF colleagues around the world – this placement may provide the opportunity to visit steering sites outside of the UK.
