Job Responsibilities

  • Consults with users to identify hardware, software, or system specifications. Modifies systems and/or programs based on user and system specifications. Assists in designing, developing, testing and implementing technical solutions for business applications. Programs test scripts. Evaluates and integrates new hardware configurations and provides support of client technologies on workstations, servers and peripherals. Responds to work requests regarding installation, configuration or maintenance of client software and the deployment of new technology releases, patches and virus remediation, performing new PC installations, troubleshooting, and software repair. Serves as escalation point for more complex issues. Train and mentor new Desktop Services Analysts. Performs additional job duties as required.

Scope of Job

Supports complex business projects. Meet service level agreement on work assigned through ticketing system. May coach and mentor less experienced Analysts.

Job Requirements

  • 6 yrs of related IT experience. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and appropriate certificates. Has strong knowledge in functions they support. Strong understanding of business issues.
