Philips Senior Manager, eCommerce Key Accounts, APAC in Singapore, Singapore
In this role, you have the opportunity to
manage the most critical accounts of Philips from a regional standpoint with the goal to achieve/exceed multiple KPIs by developing & implementing effective strategies, tactics & initiatives.
You are responsible for
Support Philips country teams to build capabilities and coordinate with key Ecommerce partners on regional level on strategic priorities, commercial performance, key campaigns, data & reporting
Set up and optimize marketing solutions and other enablers to sustainably and successfully grow the Philips business and value share on partner platforms
Support the team in developing, executing & closing profitable opportunities in complex business scenarios through effective GTM plan and implementation
Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase Ecommerce sales and profitability
Ensure the optimum achievement of annual & long term revenue and market share growth through Joint Business Plan with the key partners
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, design of shop-in-shops, customer service, web technologies, and reporting & analytics
Systematically monitor, interpret, analyze and report of eCommerce results to take appropriate actions to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities to ensure ongoing improvement
Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into eCommerce projects
Stay on top of eCommerce market development and trends
Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure eCommerce principles are incorporated to future-proof project outcomes
Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A Bachelor or Master’s degree with at least 5-8 years of related experience.
Experience with B2C (and B2B) Ecommerce (e.g. from brand, distributor/enabler, marketplace, e-tailer)
In-depth understanding of Digital & Ecommerce dynamics and players in the industry in APAC to recommend effective strategies
Professional knowledge of relevant online marketing tools, strategies, technology and analytics
Outstanding (hypothesis-driven) analytical skills, structuring and analyzing data (excel), strong experience interpreting data and test results & drawing conclusions
Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
Ability to prepare (powerpoint) presentations and present findings/plans on regional/global management level
Ambitious and driven, able to work independently, with strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills and a (fun) team player mentality
