Implement the procedure development & marketing activity
Identifies and capitalizes on key drivers and opportunities for product, procedure and market development.
Development and roll-out of professional education programs & new product launches.
Extensive knowledge of BW Products, how to analyse competitors, conduct research of their activities, market niches, products, and services, and analyse own organisation’s strengths and weaknesses to ensure ongoing competitive advantage.
Implement the procedure development & marketing activity:
Prepare marketing plans to develop key procedures in SEA markets.
Develop flexible and innovative go-to-market models to support the needs of our customers.
Develop sales and clinical support materials for key procedures – workflow, cost/benefit analysis, case support strategy.
Translate clinical insights into business strategy
Development and management of professional education programs & New Product Launch projects:
Partner with SEA Regional Marketing Manager to generate insights on key strategies and activities that will strengthen access to target external stakeholder groups.
Develop & conduct CME & ProfEd programs – Physicians & Allied Health Professionals.
Engage KOLs to assess current needs and future opportunities.
Identify & develop Tier 2 physicians & fellows.
Lead New Product Introduction in key accounts.
Internal Stakeholder management & dotted line responsibilities:
Develops and implements strategies which are aimed at influencing a broad range of stakeholders with differing viewpoints and positions.
Supports LoC Sales Managers on the management of their Clinical teams.
CEM(s) and FST(s) have dotted line reporting to this individual.
Works closely with Regional New Technology Specialist & AP Regional teams.
Financial and business results
Participate in Business Reviews. Contribute to the delivery of over-all business plan for Biosense Webster SEA.
Manage budget for CME & ProfEd programs.
Ensure programs are organized in a manner compliant with HCC.
Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Medicine, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or Biomedical Sciences.
A strong team player with outstanding interpersonal, communication & presentation skills. Good command of English.
Demonstrates leadership qualities, ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders & excels at ProfEdtraining/development.
At least 5-10 years experiencein the clinical or healthcare setting in Electrophysiology.
Sales/Marketing experience of 2-5 years (preferred).
