Xylem Sales Manager in Singapore, Singapore
Key role and responsibilities:
Define and Execute go-to-market strategies for assigned market segments
Meet or exceed order and sales targets, as well as financial metrics including AR, margin and operating income.
Collaborate with pre and post sales functional teams, such as application engineering, commercial operations and after-market services teams, to deliver solutions to customers.
Manage distributors effectively to drive higher order volumes and margins.
Drive solutions-selling as a differentiator.
Build up a healthy sales funnel and provide accurate forecasts for financial reporting.
The candidate should be an accomplished sales person in relevant industries with good business knowledge and network.
At least 5 years’ sales experience in mechanical and light industries
Experience with the Singapore building & construction industry (regulations, bids & tenders, relationship network, etc.) will be favorably considered.
