We are seeking an experienced sales and relationship management specialist for a Regional Account Executive – Sales opportunity within ISS Institutional Services, Based in Singapore, to sell the suite of Governance and ESG solutions.
Cultivate and nurture and renew existing customer relationships with institutional clients for strong retention and upsell opportunities.
Meet revenue goals by retaining high percentage of clients, prospecting new accounts in a defined territory, and closing new solutions.
Employ consultative selling methods to uncover and close new opportunities within the full range of ISS product suites.
Manage all aspects of sales life cycle from prospecting, pitching new business, hosting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing.
Partner with Business Development Representatives, Product Specialists and Marketing to create communication and lead generating campaigns to develop new relationships within client companies and expand existing client footprints.
Partner with members of the client service teams to deliver excellent service and insights to clients.
Assist in product development efforts by delivering feedback on market needs and opportunities.
English a requirement and Mandarin an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum three years in sales and marketing preferably in the financial services industry dealing with institutional clients
Outstanding written, communication and presentation skills
Self-starter who can work independently across a team with the ability to multi task at a high level
Interest in financial markets and following daily events/news
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives at prospect firms
Outstanding soft and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel with the region
Absolute personal and business integrity.
