• You will play a crucial role in helping the rapidly growing APAC division address regulatory requirements

• You will drive change initiatives that cover both APAC regional as well as global regulations

• You have the opportunity to collaborate closely with multiple business lines (Markets, Private Banking, Financing), supporting departments like Platform, Technology, Operations, Legal & Compliance as well as global program teams

• You will work with APAC / Global Impact Assessment teams to understand the evolution of future regulations and to help assess the impact on APAC division

• You have to drive working groups & Steering Committees to achieve project objectives. This is an opportunity to present to and influence senior stakeholders, facilitate decision making and create transparency on progress, risks and issues

• You will initially focus on regulations related to Business Conduct (e.g. MIFID II, FIDLEG, EU Sustainability, MAS SFA Licensing & Conduct, MAS SFA Accredited Investor) and Tax Change (e.g. 871m, EU FTT)

You Offer:

• You have 7 - 9 years of project management and business analysis experience with a Financial Services firm or leading consulting firm with a focus on financial services

• You are a fast learner who can operate independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Prior experience within a Front Office, COO or Compliance role is advantageous

• You possess strong analytic skills in combination with a great eye for detail

• You have strong presentation skills, with the ability to draft a compelling storyline in PowerPoint.

• Very strong communications skills and ability to motivate the team and handle difficult conversations with the key senior business partners.

• You are a dedicated problem solver with a can-do attitude
