Be part of a multinational team of engineers responsible for Requirement Management of Full Digital Cluster projects
Responsible for the quality and on-time delivery of your work-products including in eliciting, documenting, managing, analyzing and validating requirements
Discuss software requirements and change requests with internal stakeholders
Reporting of the status to the project manager and proposal for measures.
Work out reusable requirements from different projects
Coach software developers on RE process
Lead and guide requirement engineers in technical matters in the respective project (senior role)
Degree/Diploma in electrical/computer engineering, computer science or comparable qualification
Experience in series development projects for embedded software
Experience or knowledge in automotive applications
Profound expertise in requirements analysis and documentation
Knowledge of software development processes and standards, such as CMMI, ASPICE, V-model, etc.
Good understanding of System Engineering and experience in DOORS- / DXL-scripting or C/C++ programming is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office tools
Good written and oral communication skills; Fluent in written and spoken English; Known German is an advantage
Experience in working in international and distributed teams
Able to learn and work independently and within a team
Customer-oriented and committed to work systematically under tight schedules
Willing to travel overseas for training and/or projects on short notice
