HR Business Partner



Job Description

  1. Understand business needs so as to provide consultation and support to Business Leaders to ensure business objectives are met

  2. Support headcount ramp up of the BU ­ this includes pre­screening of resumes and interviewing selected candidates. Provide salary proposals, offering and on­boarding support.

  3. Work closely with Hiring Managers to provide advices on their position description and definition

  4. Be familiar with Singapore MOM regulation and ensure compliance

  5. Advice on policies, mitigate conflicts and handle HR related queries by employees

  6. Moderate and facilitate workshops and employee engagement sessions

  7. Work closely with HR colleagues in other ad­hoc HR related projects

Job Requirements

Degree in Business or Commerce or HRM with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources management
