HR Business Partner
Understand business needs so as to provide consultation and support to Business Leaders to ensure business objectives are met
Support headcount ramp up of the BU this includes prescreening of resumes and interviewing selected candidates. Provide salary proposals, offering and onboarding support.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to provide advices on their position description and definition
Be familiar with Singapore MOM regulation and ensure compliance
Advice on policies, mitigate conflicts and handle HR related queries by employees
Moderate and facilitate workshops and employee engagement sessions
Work closely with HR colleagues in other adhoc HR related projects
Degree in Business or Commerce or HRM with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources management
