Job Responsibilities:

  • Form part of the Local and Global Custody Technology organisation in the Windows Technology team, participating in the full development lifecycle

  • As part of the Shanghai Custody Wintel Technology development team you will be developing and testingprogrammes of work focused on the Asia region

  • Participate in the development of projects, discuss requirements with the business and design and execute the implementation of solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to team standards. Provide updates to management/PM on development progress

  • Work with the team lead to develop and execute a road map for the rationalisation and stabilisation of local technology solutions supporting the custody and clearing business

  • This team will work in partnership with other centres in London, Brazil and Tampa on multi-year programmes driven by regulatory and market reform, product development and business and operational efficiency



  • Have a Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EE, Mathematics or related majors

  • With Financial knowledge or background is a plus

Required Technical Skill s:

  • Ability to communicate with non-technical people

  • Self motivation skills

  • Strong knowledge of C# and T-SQL (MS sql server) majorly in server side

  • WPF knowledge is good to have

  • Understanding of modern development techniques: automated testing, agile, continuous integration

  • Desirable knowledge: C\C++, F#, JavaScript, Team Foundation Server, IBM MQ

  • Desirable business knowledge: Securities & Custody, Swift 15022/20022, FIXML

  • Able to work with Production Support if/when required
