The executive assistant will support the Senior Vice President (SVP) of SAP Fast Growth Markets and SAP Labs Network on his daily work in a global scope.
Proactively manage and maintain SVP's schedules, appointments and travel arrangements;
Independently make complex travel arrangements and coordinate itineraries to ensure accuracy, agilely adjust based on reschedule needs;
Well Organize and arrange all the activities for SAP Labs VIPs' visits with confidence and mastery;
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the SVP with prioritizing importance;
Follow through on initiatives to ensure successful completion, often with deadline pressures;
Keep track and assist on SVP's emails, phone calls, voice mails, faxes with proper responses and updates;
Process travel expense reports for SVP in a timely manner, with T&E agent and system experiences like BCD, Concur, etc.;
Working Experiences and Requirements:
3-5 Years' Experience as Executive Assistant, ideally in a global company or multinational company
Speak fluent Chinese and English, Fluent in German is a must
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all levels of staff, clients and other strategic partners
Proficient in Microsoft office and other Cloud applications for daily works
Obsess a strong sense of integrity, confidentiality with ability to handle sensitive issues
Adapt to flexible working times in terms of cross team collaboration and events supporting
Willing to travel occasionally
