Different from our 3D printer sales&3D printing solutions, paid part service is unique for our business. The primary objective is to fulfill the customer needs in 3D finished products. This newly created role will act as an introducer and the lead point to our 3D finished products (paid part service) to our customer. He or she will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions, increasing level of customer satisfaction & intimacy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
Drive paid part service sales in the region through direct selling or partners, responsible for new project developing and controlling.
Identify key decision maker(s) and influencer(s) within each account
Reaching the sales target by building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships through regular touch points ( calls or visits) with clients
Develop a trusted partnership relationship with commercial agent. Offering support to the commercial agent for designing the quotation doc and bidding doc in the purpose of gaining the orders.
Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis, also charge for the customer payment collection timely.
Reporting to the regional sales director and finishing the arranged works.
Act as Market Intelligent for the region; proactively investigate, research and understand the competitive landscape.
Essential Education, Skills and Experience:
College degree or above, study in the majors such as manufacturing, injection molding, mechanical design, industrial automation will be a plus but not essential.
At least 10 years sales or account management experience in 3D printing area or modeling or machinery and equipment industry
Good command in English, be able to communicate effectively internally
Experience working with large database – analysis and recommendations
Direct selling experience in handboard factory is preferred
Lower academic qualification with more related working experience will also be considered

Excellent communication skill with understanding of technical terms when communicating with target customers.

Team player, but self-motivated and able to work independently.
