Amazon Corporate LLC Treasure Truck Account Manager in Seattle, Washington

Treasure Truck is an unexpected way to shop with Amazon, merging digital and physical experiences to make an ordinary day a little bit special. Our program embraces the nostalgia of the neighborhood ice cream truck, but instead of waffle cones, customers' appetites are for that day's hand-picked product and/or large scale experiential events with our customers' favorite brands. To that end, we are looking for a highly motivated Account Coordinator for our Events and Experience business who is passionate about helping build unique, curated, and seamless experiential events.In this role, you will be the key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. You'll manage a variety of projects and accounts, and serve as the primary point of contact for our vendors. You'll also work with cross-functional teams to ensure all client requirements are being met. Your job is manage deliverables, timelines, field client questions and make certain they receive what they asked for as part of their agreement.The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-directed and extremely organized individual with experience managing high-profile, complex programs with multiple stakeholders. They possess backbone, challenge the status quo, and always push for the best customer experience. They are highly collaborative and have an affinity for building relationships across teams including business partners, external agencies, and vendors.Key Responsibilities:* Manage multiple workstreams and projects from start to finish. Set up and own detailed project documentation, lead weekly cross functional meetings, track timelines and deliverables.* Manages overall program deliverables and works with cross-functional marketing team members to execute programs* Communicate key dates, action items, and updates regularly with project team and stakeholders to ensure on-time execution of event deliverables* Work and coordinate with field teams to ensure all aspects of event execution are in place.* Builds strong relationships across a cross functional team to ensure achievement of business objectives as well as look for opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency* Creates standardized, reusable event project management templates for cross functional teams to use and deliverBasic Qualifications* 2-3 years' experience executing events or coordinating high-volume logistics planning* Bachelor's degree* Proven track record of owning projects from start to finish and delivering successful results* High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously* Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others* Demonstrated success managing multiple projectsAmazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer .and.ndash; Minority / Women / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age
