We are recruiting for the following position(s):
Full-time position available immediately for a Telecommunications Administrator in Seattle. The Telecommunications Administrator responsible for administration of Voice over IP telephone systems and call center planning, voicemail and related telecommunications applications and video conferencing solutions. To include design, support, troubleshooting and documentation. Carry out telecom administration independently and under supervision of senior personnel with an understanding of the interactions between hardware, operating systems software and network operations and the design and administrative requirements to ensure an efficient, reliable, secure telecom infrastructure. Work is performed and technical decisions made based on clear processes and procedural guidelines. The scope of the environment is an 80+ site network supporting medical, dental, behavioral health, preventative health clinics, call centers, billing and administration. Our telecom environment covers multiple locations throughout Washington State. We use industry standard VoIP and POTS hardware, software and management tools to provide a high-availability service environment to health care providers and users system-wide. The following is a summary of the qualifications or requirements of the job.
Constant reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
Frequent use of interpersonal skills, teamwork, customer service and use of discretion.
Frequent need to solve practical problems in a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.
Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Regular decision making, independent judgment, problem analysis.
Education and/or Experience:
3 ? 5 years demonstrated experience as a Telecommunications Administrator
Experience supporting VoIP solutions.
Experience supporting Call Centers
Demonstrated experience supporting POTS telephone systems and services.
HS Diploma or GED.
Specific experience with Cisco phone systems. CUCM, UCCX, CUC, and supporting applications.
Verba Call Recording
Infortel Call Accounting
Experience supporting desktop, laptop and tablet computers in a large, distributed environment.
Experience with MS operating systems.
A valid Washington Driver?s License and current automobile insurance required.
Reliable transportation. Will be driving to other Sea Mar locations.
Other tests will be done upon hire.
