LARSONALLEN LLP Talent Acquisition Advisor in Seattle, Washington

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will work with our Principals and Talent Acquisition team to drive the hiring process across several lines of business. The position will assist in identifying and defining hiring needs and collaborating with a variety of internal clients to hire the best talent internally and externally. They will perform full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, salary negotiation, and closing offers. They will perform candidate searches via the web, employee referrals, unsolicited resumes, and social networking. They may attend networking events to market CLA and source potential local candidates. The Talent Acquisition Advisor should demonstrate excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, organization and interpersonal skills. They will need strong interview skills in order to facilitate the selection process and must be able to follow and demonstrate appropriate recruiting processes. They should possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in order to effectively manage and prioritize multiple requisitions based on key business needs. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, accounting or related business degree is required Minimum of 2 year of corporate, agency recruiting experience is required Microsoft Office experience is required Experience with Workday or similar software desired 3 years of Public Accounting or Finance recruiting experience is strongly preferred General understanding of OFCCP/AAP Guidelines is preferred CLA exists to create opportunities for our people, our clients, and our communities.
