The Marketplace Recruitment and Development Team is looking for a Strategic Account Manager - Consumables to drive success for strategic Sellers entering the Luxury .and.amp; Pro Beauty Category on the US Amazon Marketplace while capturing key learnings to scale Seller Success programs as a whole.Luxury .and.amp; Pro Beauty is a new, high-growth area with significant opportunities to delight our Customers with robust selection, and superior shopping convenience. As the main voice of the Seller, this role will be critical in streamlining onboarding, identifying ways to automate, and manage these cohort of Sellers over the long term to improve the recruitment and development process.Roles .and.amp; Responsibilities:Leadership:* Act as the main driver post commitment from these strategic Sellers to launch successfully into the Luxury .and.amp; Pro Category. Partner with external teams including Category Management (CMMs), Merchant Technology, and other product teams to align programs and initiatives to drive growth in existing seller base.* Become a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of large Sellers in an ever-changing business environment.* Partner with external teams including Category Management (CMMs), Merchant Technology, and other product teams to align programs and initiatives to drive growth in existing seller base.Planning/Analysis:* Define the territory, opportunities and goals (Input/Output) within the portfolio of accounts.* Identify key business opportunities for the category and manage toward a growth plan.* Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework.* Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting Seller business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement.* Analyze territory trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements.Communication:* Drive content for internal business communications via weekly email flash highlighting various initiatives, successes, and platform improvement opportunities through voice of Sellers.Basic Qualifications* Process management with experience in trafficking, project management or scaling programs to gain efficiency* Account management experience with relationship management and negotiation skills* Business development / sales experience* Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions* Bachelor's Degree or equivalentAmazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer .and.ndash; Minority / Women / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age
