In Seller Support we are building and operating exceptional solutions to provide world class support to Sellers on Amazon's Marketplace business, which exceeds 45% of the total Amazon.com platform sales and growing. In this role, you will create a strategic vision, an end to end process, and a growth strategy for the Microsites program and drive success. Microsites program is designed to systematically integrate contact center associate feedback into the software development cycle providing insight to drive process and product improvements for Sellers. Microsites is an innovative program with tremendous growth potential and the Sr Program Manager will have the opportunity to accelerate its success ultimately helping Sellers grow their business. Specifically, this leader will: Invent, Define, Own and Drive critical metrics to measure Seller success delivered through the Microsite program. Create prioritization, testing, insights delivery and accountability processes for the most impactful products and programs that are tested at the Microsites. Ensure products are fixed and enhanced to deliver high success for Sellers and Contact Center Associates. Create partnering mechanisms with developers, product managers and operations to deliver real time improvements to products being tested through Microsites. Create a vision to grow and scale the Microsites program worldwide. Advocate on behalf of the Seller and Associates from the identification of defects to promoting insights and actions related to the most impactful issues for sellers and associates. Understand and manage the financial impacts of the program and ROI it delivers for the Sellers. Prepare strategic recommendations, product roadmaps and program updates to senior management. This role is inherently cross-functional and highly visible with senior leadership. You will lead a program roadmap with a team of exceptional operations leaders, technical program managers and analysts, and work closely with product management teams to develop a process improvement plan for Seller experience defects. To be successful in this role you will need to be an innovator, a strong communicator, influencer, problem solver and strong at execution. You will need to be highly analytical, think and act fast, and be apt at finding creative solutions to complex problems. The leader will be passionate about seller experience, innovation, and cross-team partnerships to deliver business impact. You must not only be able to develop and drive a high-level strategic initiative, but you must also be willing to roll up your sleeves and dig into daily and operational challenges that impede program success. The right candidate will possess a strong obsession for customer experience, product and large-scale program management background, and a track record for delivering results. This person will have solved complicated problems with elegant, simple solutions in their past work experience. He/she must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities This role is based in Seattle, WA and will involve travel to Europe and Asia.
