Amazon Corporate LLC Sr Channel Account Manager in Seattle, Washington

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and analytical Sr. Channel Account Manager with proven experience in driving cross-functional projects and managing complex relationships and nurturing them to success. This role will require elements of program and account management as well as working with cross-functional teams in business, operations, finance, as well as partners like Whole Foods, Amazon Go, and AmazonFresh. You will have the opportunity to build new processes and implement new solutions.The right person for this role will have solid experience delivering successful projects, managing deadlines and risks across multiple teams, communicating effectively to stakeholders and closely with the cross-functional teams as well as managing elements in a P.and.amp;L. Our environment is very fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, energetic, a doer, customer obsessed, detail oriented, and comfortable tracking many threads across many teams. We need someone who thrives in ambiguity, has judgment and intuition and can think of all the right questions and when to ask them.Responsibilities include:* Lead projects requiring the influence and coordination of multiple internal and external stakeholder teams (across operations, business management, marketing, operations, finance and more) to drive initiatives and ensure on-time delivery* Lead key relationships with key retail channels and develop new approaches* Drive customer insights back into the business and product teams* Generate and implement big ideas to drive business improvement and innovation* Interact with project sponsors, stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to deliver initiatives* Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels* Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders* Be the glue that is able to understand, plan, and manage the cross-team inter-dependencies* Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities* Communicate project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner* Represent team at senior leadership reviewsBasic Qualifications* Bachelor's degree.* 8+ years of relevant senior level experience in retail, operations, program management, and/or business management/consulting with a proven history of delivering results.* Experience communicating with stakeholders across multiple business units and senior management.* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action.* Ability to structure data analysis to support business objectives.* Proven problem solving skills.Amazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer .and.ndash; Minority / Women / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age
