As part of the Payment Products organization, the Shop with Points (SWP) team is responsible for loyalty programs within financial and hospitality sectors to allow customers to redeem their favorite rewards points at Amazon.The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial, self-sufficient and results oriented Account Manager with superior analytical and communications skills who obsesses over customers and is able to influence outcomes both internally and externally.The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operational, marketing, and financial aspects of an assigned portfolio of SWP partners and delivering against assigned P.and.amp;L goals. Within this role, the successful candidate will work closely with Product Management to identify growth opportunities, suggest value propositions, and contribute to the creation of compelling offers and features that deliver excitement and innovation for customers. Passion about customer experience and a strong head for managing relationships - internally and externally - is key to success in this role.Roles .and.amp; Responsibilities:* Identify key business opportunities to grow SWP; development and refinement of value proposition for both partners and customers.* P.and.amp;L responsibility for partner programs including delivery of goals against KPI's for enrollment, activation, and portfolio spend volumes.* Leading the creation and managing the execution of innovative and scalable marketing programs to attract new customers and increase engagement with existing ones.* Working cross-functionally with other Amazon business units to develop and execute co-marketing programs that align to team and cross-company goals.* Coordinate with both internal and external teams to manage quarterly business planning reviews and strategy sessions.* Partner with product managers to ensure that product features and positioning align with business goals and operational capabilities.* Become a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of large accounts in an ever-changing business environment.Basic Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in related fields.* 5+ years in business development or sales, including helping identify and evaluate opportunities and securing growth opportunities from both existing and new accounts.* Demonstrable experience creating and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to increase customer awareness and drive product adoption.* Demonstrable business development experience engaging and working with internal and external partners to identify and pursue new opportunities to grow and expand the business.* Demonstrable experience juggling multiple priorities and providing leadership to deliver results in cross-functional environments.* Demonstrable analytical skills using financial data to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Amazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer .and.ndash; Minority / Women / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age
