KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Project Assistant, Tax to join our Global Mobility Services organization.


  • Provide engagement support to on-site management team and help facilitate practice and office efficiencies

  • Coordinate travel, provide time and expense reporting, arrange meetings and calls, compose and edit various correspondences and planning of team events

  • Help managers with various recurring and adhoc projects as needed including coordination and interaction with other offices, client service teams, and client executives

  • Aid in the compliance monitoring and reporting processes, as well as registration for firm and outside training, internet research, and other administrative tasks for the team

  • Assist team with maintaining engagement project plans in SharePoint, billing preparation and tracking, timely response to email correspondence and following up on outstanding items

  • Handle and access highly confidential information; exercise independent judgment in making day-to-day decisions where alternatives are limited and standard practices and policies are not established


  • Minimum one year of office experience, preferably in a professional services firm or similar environment

  • High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college or university is preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; SharePoint experience is preferred

  • Strong project management, time management and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a remote team environment

  • Capability to work overtime as needed
