Position Category: Finance & Accounting Company/Location (search) : Country (Full Name): : United States Job DescriptionWe are looking for a smart and ambitious individual to partner with the WW CS Finance team and manage and drive improvements to the existing financial planning and reporting structure across the world. The key goal for this role is to deliver robust, structured reporting and processes, that are well understood and well communicated. You will support the WW CS Finance team and own the FP&A process, including management of the database solution for forecasting and reporting. In addition to regular reporting and the organization of the annual planning process, you will be involved in both initiating and supporting new projects and initiatives across the WW CS team. Strong organizational skills, continuous improvement of processes, and the ability to build good relationships with the WW CS Finance team will be critical to success in this role. Role Responsibilities: Managing and improving the financial reporting to support the WW CS business Ownership of the annual and monthly forecasting process Ownership of the data base solution for forecasting and reporting Providing leadership to the local (in country) finance team members to drive best practice and consistent processes Supporting internal customer groups in all finance and accounting matters including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking and control Monitor cost-center expenditures versus forecasts and budgets and provide controllership over operating costs Basic Qualifications* Bachelor Degree in Finance, accounting, business, economics or related field. * 3+ years of relevant, progressive experience * Proficiency in Excel. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving.
