AWS leadership recruiting team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will work closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced organization and has passion for providing the best candidate experience for all prospective leadership candidates. This is the place where we enforce accountability on your candidates vs. transactional steps and warrant RC`s to develop credibility with hiring managers and candidates. This role will have high visibility with executive level stakeholders within AWS and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. Amazon highly values the candidate experience and the RC for the leadership recruiting team will have an immediate impact on the experience of senior candidates. In addition this person will actively support all the hiring initiatives planned by the AWS leadership recruiting team. This candidate will be an organizational expert, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals for AWS. The person in this role will: Possess excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and calendar management tools. Schedule phone screens, assessment tests, on-site interviews, pre and post hiring meetings. Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with candidates throughout the candidate's lifecycle from initial contact to start date and maintain SLA`s. Ensure on-site candidates have a positive interviewing experience at Amazon by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly. Enter and track candidate information in Amazon database and ensure appropriate parties have access to necessary information. Be able to ace thru complex calendar schedule with effective management and scheduling of internal and external meetings. Manage multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation with in appropriate SLA`s. Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email as applicable. Coordinate the post-interview debrief meetings and any other assistance till the candidate is on boarded. Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency with 100% accuracy. Be able to travel and work under tight deadlines. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of recruiting coordinator, admin or HR experience Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint Flexible to Travel
