We design and implement policies, tools and technology innovations to protect the buying experience on Amazon while minimizing friction for sellers. We are looking for a Program Manager who will help lead efforts to eliminate violations of intellectual property (such as counterfeit, copyright, trademark) and ensure that customers can buy with confidence on Amazon on all marketplaces worldwide. You will be leading a team of investigators and program managers and be tasked with experimenting with new ways to protect the buying experience on Amazon while minimizing friction for sellers. This is an opportunity that requires a critical thinker with strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. At the core of the position is passion for protecting Amazon's reputation and the customer experience of shopping in our third-party Marketplace. In this position you will: Identify opportunities to protect the buying experience and successfully deliver end-to-end operations projects Own and/or manage projects designed to improve operational and process efficiency. This will include working extensively with external teams. Set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing team performance expectations and goals. Closely monitor media and global event to anticipate and mitigate potential risks. Be comfortable using data to analyze trends, predict and fix problems before they happen.
