Position Category: Marketing & PR Company/Location (search) : Country (Full Name): : United States Job DescriptionAmazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon.com, is seeking a talented, experienced, self-directed Marketing Campaigns Manager to join an energetic marketing organization that is responsible for driving the development and adoption of AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Core Services by customers around the world. ?In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital marketing programs and campaigns, that drive product adoption, lead generation, and revenue. Our digital team is part of the Product Marketing organization for Infrastructure and Core Services. They include Storage, Infrastructure Solutions, Networking, Security, Mobile, and IoT cloud-based services. The role requires a 10+ year track record of conceiving, building, and launching, big, complex, successful campaigns at IT infrastructure vendors, preferably with a major Compute, Storage, Networking, or Security vendor. You have an innate understanding of IT infrastructure and how customers make decisions to evaluate, purchase, and use information technology. You also have a track record of building successful, metrics driven, scalable, and customer centric digital marketing programs. You will work with our Product Marketing managers in creating digital campaigns, and will be responsible for designing the customer journey, managing the campaign intake process, creative co-development with external agencies, project management of tactics, integration with internal digital teams, creation of sales playbooks for lead followup, campaign measurement and reporting, and complete campaign lifecycle. As a Principal Campaign Manager you will also design the overall Campaign Creation Process for the Digital Marketing team, setting and continuously managing the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders, including senior leaders across AWS Marketing. You will constantly leverage data/analytics to continuously improve and make sound business decisions, but know how to make the call when all the data isn't there. Can be located in our Seattle OR Palo Alto offices. Basic Qualifications Strong multi-channel, digital marketing experience. Experience working with media teams and agencies; strong working knowledge of Programmatic, Paid Social, Mobile Advertising and Integrated Marketing partnerships. Leadership experience directly managing teams and influencing cross-functional partners to accomplish business goals. Proven track record of building and beating marketing plans and forecasts. Prior experience marketing new categories and services with creative positioning and messaging frameworks. Experience gathering and utilizing user insights in marketing campaigns and creative. Demonstrated understanding of site optimization, UX and persuasive marketing techniques in the driving of new product activation. Experience with web/mobile analytics programs, i.e., Site Catalyst and A/B testing strategies and related programs, i.e., Test & Target. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field of study required. 10+ years of experience in related positions with increasing responsibility. Strong analytical and Excel skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
