ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and engage target audiences, report status, and communicate outcomes. Coordinate activity of tactical teams to build cross-functional marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, print, advertisement (online, print, and social media), and web marketing from concept to delivery. Coordinate the development of audience-centric content optimized for the delivery medium and channel. Manage relationships between internal and external resources, including designers, copywriters, ad agencies, and other professionals. Create and manage mechanisms to analyze the success and ROI of marketing efforts. Document goals, objectives, strategies, tactics, and success metrics for marketing campaigns. Develop and manage campaign-related project timelines. Collaborate with functional project managers to secure resources, assign tasks, influence timelines, and align campaign activities. Oversee campaign budget allocation and tracking(media buy, agency fees, professional service hours). Develop and manage digital marketing calendar. Prepare campaign performance reports and post-campaign analysis. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience executing promotional campaigns via web, social media, digital advertising, email, and print. Comfortable managing multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate and collaborate with staff at all levels, across multiple departments in the organization, and with external vendors, partners, and suppliers.
