Amazon Corporate LLC Manager, Technical Account Manager in Seattle, Washington

The Amazon Mobile Business Development team creates convenience for our customers to experience Amazon services wherever they are by acquiring partner distribution for Amazon Subscriptions (e.g., Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited) and mobile applications (e.g., Shopping, Video, Music, Kindle, Photo-Cloud Drive and Audible) around the world.We are seeking a manager with significant operational, business and customer expertise to lead a team of Technical Account Managers/ Program Managers who manage partner launch milestones, requirements and engagement between our strategic partners and various Amazon teams to grow distribution of Amazon Subscription Services and Mobile Applications. The role requires you to focus on enhancing the efficiency and scalability of the team to support future growth.A successful candidate must be passionate about delivering services to customers while also possessing a strategic understanding of business objectives. You need to have experience working with internal business and product teams to deliver scalable product solutions at a global level, and have excellent people, program and project management skills. Project prioritization, milestone management, team resource management and a strong will to deliver results to critical skills for this role.You will need to be a self-directed leader/innovator accustomed to working on new initiatives; a communicator able to influence and motivate teams to action; and a problem solver who can drive programmatic resolutions. You will provide technical and process leadership, as well as oversight and will implement mechanisms for your team to execute complex projects across over global partners. The position is based in Seattle.Responsibilities* Manage existing team of Technical Account Mangers/ Program Managers, as well as, hire and develop addition team members, creating a team culture that is constantly raising the bar.* Manage TAM account assignment, resource allocation to ensure on time launch of new initiatives and superior post-launch support.* Drive and refine the partner engagement process around application preloads, integration and service launches.* Ensure the team support for deal data tracking and reporting, supporting marketing campaigns and all operational components of our mobile partnerships* Identify and implement process improvements in a data driven manner.* Analyze complex information, identify problems, implement solutions, adjust priorities, make effective procedural decisions, and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (BD and Marketing) on new business opportunities with partners.* Manage assigned enterprise client accounts including major business partners with signi?cant impact.Basic Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements* 5+ years of experience managing teams* 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects* 5+ years of experience in program or project management* 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams* Experience in managing external customers and vendors, preferably in the Mobile ecosystem (carriers and OEMs)* Experience supporting launch of new applications or rolling out new features for existing products, preferably in the Mobile ecosystem (carriers and OEMs)* Proven track record of getting things done, rapidly shifting gears between roles including project manager and technical account manager. Established credibility with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done.* Experience with Oracle, SQL, Data Warehouse or other reporting tools.
