In this position you will... Use independent judgment to support Producers in providing excellent services to the company's Commercial Lines clients. You will engage in... Account Management: A Commercial Account Manager has an assigned book of clients and is required to perform duties to ensure client satisfaction by meeting service commitments in a professional and punctual manner. An AM has direct client contact and works at the direction of the assigned Producer(s). An AM performs a variety of technical assignments and administrative duties requiring industry experience and knowledge in the areas of: Client Service: Serve as the daily contact for assigned clients, processing and resolving daily issues that may arise. An AM is responsible to see that the company meets the service commitments in a timely manner. Daily duties may include: Submission application and marketing Invoicing new business, renewals, and audits Processing audits Work with assistant to follow-up for collection Proposals Contract review for insurance requirements Facilitate client changes, endorsement requests and review for accuracy Assist with certificate coordination, preparation and distribution as needed Issue Bonds as allowed by carrier(s) On-line filing of renewal certificates; notify Claims Department as needed on claims resolutions Set up new templates and renewals Assist clients with accounting and billing issues directing to carrier as needed for resolution Client relations and retention Paperless client documentation and usage of an agency management system Service Calls/Meetings: Work with Producers to develop Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual presentations for routine service calls/meetings, and organize/schedule those meetings with Producer and clients as needed. Producer Support: Provide technical support to Producer(s); analyze client needs, coverage forms and quotations. Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage. Renewal and Marketing: Coordinate the renewal and re-marketing process. Tasks may include: Renew review Review quotes, compare coverage Order loss runs Create insurance Proposal/Summary and presentation binders Confirm coverage and issue binders Prepare finance agreements as needed Invoice agency bill Mail renewal applications to client and follow up for completion Complete and coordinate applications necessary for submission and follow up within set deadlines New Client Set-Up and Review : Review all applications completed by Producer, determine service model and perform the internal set-up of new clients into our various systems. New client set-up tasks include computer creation and contract review. Follow up with client for required completed documents. Filing: Maintain electronic client files according to procedure manual standards. Archive paper files in agency management system. Doc
