On the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Executive Assistant to proudly support multiple Directors and their teams working in the Amazon Go business organization. THE ROLE: Responsibilities include heavy calendar management, setting meeting agendas and reporting meeting notes, active office space planning, team event planning, travel coordination, expense reporting, and ordering supplies and equipment. As an Executive Assistant on our team, you'll use great judgment and precise attention to detail to support three Directors on the Amazon Go team. A positive outlook is important, as is a proactive approach and the innate ability to simplify. The perfect addition to our team will be an organized planner who can complete high volumes of tasks with a focus on deadline sensitivity with minimal guidance or supervision. You'll need experience anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, juggling multiple critical requests autonomously, solving problems, and organizing logistics. A successful candidate will be at the center of the team and will be the glue that helps the team operate efficiently and effectively. While you administratively support the directors, the work you do supports our whole team. YOU: You are smart, organized, energetic and self-motivated. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of successful business experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
