KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, to join our Audit organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced day-to-day and confidential administrative support in this fast-paced professional services firm for the Audit Partners/Managing Directors

  • Prepare time and expense reports; book domestic and international travel

  • Complete work in progress reporting and contact resource management

  • Exercise independent judgment in making day-to-day decisions with minimal supervision

  • Interact with senior management and clients, with a high degree of tact and resourcefulness and with a professional demeanor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment

  • High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred

  • Ability to proactively troubleshoot problems, ask questions for clarification and understand when to escalate

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, Web-based research skills and ability to learn firm-wide applications and technology packages

  • Ability to prioritize competing requirements and/or deadlines

  • Capacity to work overtime, as needed
