Make a Difference.Represents clients internally and coordinates with other functional teams to complete projects and address ongoing service needs. Partners with leadership in strategic planning, provides final resolution response on escalated issues and service concerns, identifies trends, documents lessons learned, and drives continuous service .and.amp; process improvement. Represents CHC on client calls and visits, supports sales in RFP responses and finalist presentations, determines customer reporting needs and coordinates with reporting team, supports and distributes performance and service level guarantee reporting. Assists with new customer training. Acts as subject matter expert for pharmacy benefit design, products, and programs. Supports renewal and retention process. Participates in on-site and telephonic, customer meetings including service-related, open enrollment, and performance reviews.Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Health Plan, Pharmacy or PBM experiencePreferred Qualifications: 2+ Client management, Microsoft Office Suite proficient, pharmacy claim experienceJoin our team today where we are creating a better coordinated, increasingly collaborative, and more efficient healthcare system!
