Amazon Corporate LLC Business Operations Manager- Strategic Accounts in Seattle, Washington

Amazon Web Services ("AWS") enables customers of all sizes to run their business on Amazon's industry-leading cloud computing infrastructure. To help continue to build this business, we are looking for a Business Operations Manager with strong organization, collaboration and communication skills. This role will execute multiple key business processes to ensure great experience for internal and external customers, great productivity of all Technical Account Managers in the Strategic Accounts Enterprise Support organisation, and efficient execution of business operations. In this role, you will roll-up your sleeves, work directly with models/data, collaborate across functional teams, as well as think long term and see around corners. You are passionate about the impact you deliver, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. You have superb communication skills, outstanding analytic insight, and you are a strong advocate for your customers. You drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, have excellent project-management skills, and you communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. You will drive and deliver our ongoing metrics reporting of programs and KPIs. You will assist the wider team by diving into metrics to make sure we are making informed, data driven decisions. Here are some top qualities we are looking for: Ability to use various tools to gain insight into metrics that are important to our business, make recommendations to the Strategic Accounts Enterprise Support leadership team based on our insights and then track activities to make sure they are delivering against the desired outcome. Enjoy creating and managing programs to achieve great impact. You will have a passion for developing tools and processes to enable cloud-computing experts to efficiently engage with a diverse and challenging set of customers ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. Have broad experience in industry standard project/program management methodologies. You have thought leadership on best practices for program management, and will have successfully deployed highly strategic and visible initiatives in fast-paced, technical organizations.Basic Qualifications* 5+ years of experience in program management and operations functions or similar responsibilities supporting a mid-to-large scale multi-geographical hi-tech Organization.* Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, including defining, implementing and tracking progress and impact on the business.* Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.* Strong analytical and communication skills.* Excellent cross group collaboration skills.* Deep experience of Microsoft Office Suite required (extensive knowledge of Excel required)* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting actionable insights to senior management* Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, efficient and effective in ambiguous situations.Amazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer .and.ndash; Minority / Women / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age
