The Training Specialist will assist the Chief Clinical Officer in order to meet department goals and agency needs. The Training Specialist is responsible for managing training information and databases including improving system and reports to maximize

training outcomes.


How Can You Help

  • Serve as agency coordinator and liaison for online training for the Statewide Training System as well as other regulatory partners.

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing internal and external training databases including entering and maintaining employee data, registering staff for training, data cleansing/verification and troubleshooting database issues.

  • Creates and updates monthly training calendars and communicates to staff.

  • Collaborates with management to coordinate mandatory training for new hires. Maintains training plans.

Essential Job Requirements

  • Minimum High School Degree/GED required.

  • Minimum 1-3 yrs. of experience; database management and training experience required.

  • Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office including Excel, Access, Outlook and other database programs. Demonstrated data entry skills and ability to manipulate data.

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills including report writing and data entry skills.

  • Ability to work with a culturally and economically diverse population.

  • Current, valid driver’s license; travel is required
