M1 is looking for an QC Inspector with the following knowledge and experience:Position Description: Responsible to the Site Supervisor, when performing QC duties and inspections. Inspects call points, performs spot-checks on work in progress, and performs final inspections. Performs organizational and intermediate level maintenance on C-12 aircraft. Services, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs airframe, engine, and associated systems to ensure continued airworthiness in accordance with OEM, FAA, and Army approved data (AR 95-20, AR 95-1). Performs and oversees aircraft and system functional and operational checks and inspects work for compliance. Documents work in military and commercial aircraft logs and records as well as updates company and customer databases. Ensures maintenance documentation is in accordance with DA PAM 738-751 and 14 CFR Part 43 and 91 requirements. Certifies work performed and returns aircraft to service. Perform inspections, conducts evaluations, and reports deficiencies in all areas of contract performance as detailed in the applicable Quality Operating Procedures (QOPs). Maintains and monitors BB training, qualification, and certification records.Level of Experience: Minimum of six years of commercial/military aircraft maintenance experience on C-12 aircraft (or commercial equivalents) preferred. Compliant with FAR 65.83.In addition, the candidate should possess the following requirements:Education: 14 CFR Part 147 school certificate, or equivalent military and/or civilian training.Qualifications and Certifications: FAA A&P license required, IA desired. Valid motor vehicle license required. Able to obtain and maintain any security clearance and/or base access as required by the contract. Must be qualified IAW company and AR 95-20 procedures to perform aircraft ground handling; aircraft engine operation, operate flight line vehicles, motorized equipment, GSE, and other tasks as required depending on assignment. Must be physically able to deploy with unit aircraft to include overseas locations. Must have an in-depth knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and AR 95-20, AR 95-1, and other applicable Transport regulations.
