This position will drive a fully integrated communications agenda to build and promote Oracle's brand image and reputation across Latin America. The role will help to create, integrate and execute brand initiatives and communication programs to support the business, providing a strategic approach to deliver impact and consistency. Together with the strategy team, the brand specialist will help to drive measurable collaboration across brand communications, digital performance and field marketing to ensure key marketing tools are used to maximum effect.

Assess and deliver robust multi-channel media and social customer engagement programs with focus on building brand value. Analysis and measurement of the brand awareness, knowledge and health. This role will be filled by an outstanding professional, passionate about branding and communications; Good strategic planning skills and proven corporate communications; understanding of the B2B technology industry as a plus.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.

Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Assist with planning and management of pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage standard / moderately complex advertising campaigns and arrange sign off with country / regional management. Anticipate problems when dealing with relatively complex projects, propose and develop business driven solutions to overcome them. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support to others managing partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2 years relevant experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, two years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry company.
