Providing a solution or response to customers via mail or telephone , achieving as much resolution and satisfying the queries and needs of them


  • Comply with company policies in terms of confidentiality and security of information.

  • Comply with the procedures and standards defined by PayRoll S.A., as the internal rules of order and security.

  • Answer the phone calls that occur daily and check to distinguish the main problems the mail box Support Area.

  • Provide support about PayRoll and Algoliq systems in conjunction with CAS, EVA, SEL, DCG, AP, HR, Algoliq modules.

  • Provide responsiveness to customers, assessing their needs, beyond having the solution or not. In case this is not possible, refer the query to the person in the shortest possible time.

  • Make the call log corresponding to each query and resolution in the management system in order to obtain information about journaling and state the same work.

  • Perform a necessary follow-up pending tasks or cases that failed to be resolved.

  • Efficient and timely comply with the instructions and functions assigned by the Chief


  • Educational background: Careers related to Administration , Systems Analysis , Information Technology, Human Resources or related areas.

  • Experience in the area : 2 years of experience

  • Specific knowledge and skills : Knowledge of labor legislation, compensation and human resources processes PayRoll knowledge of the system : medium-advanced level Management Excel and Power Point: midlevel Project management : midlevel oral and written English : intermediate level

  • Attitudes and behaviors: Developed communication skills and negotiation Customer focus and objectives assertive Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
