The Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District is hiring for the position of Administrative and Fiscal Services ManagerStarting salary up to $119,925/Year Plus,ia cash allowance of approximately $600/MonthiThe Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District (Ag + Open Space) permanently protects the diverse agricultural, natural resource, and scenic open space lands of Sonoma County for future generations. Reporting to the General Manager, the Administrative and Fiscal Services Manager oversees the financial and administrative activities of Ag + Open Space, and is an active member of the management team. This position will:iEngage in long-range strategic financial planning, budgeting, financial audits, and monitoringOversee purchasing functions, including bids, requests for proposal, and contract managementManage administrative functions, including human resources, facility management, and policy formulationDevelop and maintain close working relationships with County finance staff, banks, boards, and others.iThe ideal Administrative and Fiscal Services Manageriwill be a talented leader, well versed in strategy and process, with an ability to guide and develop Ag + Open Space's financial and administrative operations.
