The Talent Sourcer must have the ability to source, screen, interview and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates for several technical roles to fill temporary and temporary to hire job orders for one client, “The World’s Largest Search Engine.”

The objective is building a strong tech pipeline to hire the best professionals for our client.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Interviews, hires, and places candidates at the “World’s Largest Search Engine.”

  • Performs second level screens and interviews of prospective candidates ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and Company policies in the prescreening process.

  • Executes the steps of the placement cycle which may include submitting of resumes, client interview coordination, briefing and de-briefing, offer management and on- boarding.

  • Ensures that candidates thoroughly understand the duties and responsibilities of the assignment.

  • Maintains thorough and accurate documentation of all client, candidate and temporary employee interactions.

  • Coordinates research, screening and recruitment efforts for requisitions with sourcing and research teams.

  • Participates in Forecasting and Requisition Meetings.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one (1) year of recruiting or other relevant experience is required. Bachelor’s degree and previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

  • Proven work experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter.

  • Ability to strive well under tight deadlines and has the confidence to not only meet but exceed expectations.

  • Must be metric-driven individual.

  • Ability to understand and communicate IT job requirements to individuals.

  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online niche resources.

  • Strong sourcing skills including Boolean and other strategic ways to attract applicants.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

  • Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly.

  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations.

  • Proficient with Google Docs, Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
