San Ramon client is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join a growing Digital Marketing team. This role will be responsible for owning and leading the charge for web products ensuring the delivery of a consistent, customer-centered experience. They will be the advocate for existing and prospective users to ensure a seamless digital experience end to end, be informed about competitive landscape and become the go-to expert for their product area to help drive the product roadmap and strategy. They will work across the product lifecycle helping to shape the product, launching the product, and continuing to grow adoption.

The Digital Product Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Web Product Marketing and be responsible for driving high quality customer experience with data driven decisions. The candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in a product marketing role comfortable targeting B2B and B2C.

Responsibilities: * Own the web product and work collaboratively to innovatively transform the digital experience * Work closely with marketing development teams and cross functionally organizational teams to create the most profitable course for each existing and new product * Generate customer insights and leverage data to inform the web product strategy and assess web product performance. * Product evangelist and storytelling * Go-to-market strategy for new product launches * Drive the user research, user testing, and A/B testing roadmap for the products

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing or product management
  • Exceptional skills of prioritization and project management
  • Strong interpersonal skills to easily build relationships
  • Must to a self-starter and able to work and prioritize driving things forward
  • Adept at cross functional collaboration
  • Strong team player
  • Creative ability to solve or approach complex problems
  • Understanding of the marketing and sales funnel
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability and familiarity with marketing analytics and A/B testing
  • Natural aptitude for learning new technologies and tools, with an ?early adopter? mentality
