The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for helping PayPal’s largest partners to provide payments capabilities for millions of merchants across the globe. We not only help our partners integrate the latest products, but we are also involved with the design and delivery of these products, addressing customer needs every day. The Global Professional Services Organization is looking for a TAM to work with eBay and our strategic bank partners. He/she will be responsible for providing technical services to these partners by protecting revenue, optimizing their integrations, and growing their business through a passionate technical relationship that that TAM cultivates.

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline
Experience in creating and troubleshooting web services, such as SOAP and REST
Basic understanding of Firewalls, proxy, HTTP Errors, server-side errors, TCP/IP
Experience with Software Application debugging and troubleshooting
