Capella Space Radar Data and Algorithms Engineer in San Francisco, California

Capella Space is looking for an engineer to work with our radar team to implement and test radar software and processing algorithms. We are looking for somebody who will participate in the design process and suggest implementations to meet requirements, is comfortable working with hardware, and is interested in learning new development environments and computing architectures.


Required Skills

  • Thorough familiarity with Linux and standard Linux tools

  • Python and C/C++ experience

  • Git branching and merging

  • Familiarity with radar theory and techniques

  • Experience with signal and or image processing

Desired Skills

  • Parallel programming (CUDA, MPI, etc.)

  • C/CUDA architecture optimizations

  • Code-generation

  • Distributed programming

  • Unit and regression testing

  • Linux device drivers
