The Role:

To be the first impression of the Live Nation San Francisco office by welcoming all visitors, vendors and clients, professionally. Receive telephone calls & provide hospitality and clerical support in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes visitors to the office, assures their comfort and directs them to the proper staff. Maintains a calendar of appointments as needed.

  • Receives, sorts, and distributes mail and packages within office.

  • Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the reception area, copy rooms and kitchens.

  • In charge of inventory of kitchen and office supplies as well as re-stocking.

  • Will help maintain onsite storage and equipment including printers and postage machine.

  • Will provide direct support to the Facilities Supervisor.

  • May be called upon to run errands/deliveries for office and other staff members.

  • Will be expected to assist all staff members with various tasks if called upon, including photo copying, and other event related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Work experience with a professional office environment preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.

  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping

  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management

  • Detail-oriented

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to prioritize, plan and organize

  • The ability to multi-task efficiently

  • Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks

  • The ability to conduct yourself in a professional matter at all times

  • The ability to learn and absorb at a fast pace with flexibility

  • Must have reliable transportation
