KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Audit organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior practice and process leadership, including partners-in-charge and their management group

  • Handle calendars and schedules all meetings, conference calls, domestic and international travel arrangements and bankcard reconciliation

  • Provide assistance with research, market support, special projects, compliance and duplication and graphics support

  • Coordinate the work of other administrative support team members, as needed

  • Follow standardized tasks and works according to established rules and procedures, with some interpretation necessary

  • Compose, edit and prepare letters, memos, invoices, meeting minutes, proposals, high- level presentations and other documents

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of full-time administrative experience in a similar financial services industry

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Highly proficient with all MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook

  • Skilled with database and research skills

  • Basic project management skills and strong time management skills
