Analyzes tax returns, financial statements, credit reports and loan systems to determine global debt service coverage and adherence to loan terms and conditions. Information to be used to determine risk rating, probability of default and loss given default. Inputs data into spreadsheets for monitoring, tracking and performing analysis. Follows up on changes in ownership, structure, etc.
1+ years financial analysis experience to include performing global cash flow analysis on small business loans (7a, 504 and conventional).
1+ years knowledge/experience servicing SBA 7a loans.
Ability to work in a high paced environment and effectively communicate with various levels of the organization.
Familiarity with various types of business entities and loan documentation.
