As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on our growing Inside Sales Team, you?ll bring ChiroTouch?s platform to practices across the U.S, spending about 80% of your day on the phone. You?ll do this by qualifying prospective customers through targeted questions about their practice, leading you to learn how likely they are to be a good match for ChiroTouch?s services. Your initiative, persistence, phone and email skills will be a critical part of your ability to quickly determine customer opportunities.

Maintain a high number of outbound calls (minimum, 80-100 calls a day)
Achieve monthly quota of demonstrations completed for software
Articulate ChiroTouch?s value proposition to decision makers to assess buying interest
Answer prospect?s questions with the goal of moving them to an appointment
Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives
Maintain up-to-date software and industry knowledge
Record prospect information in CRM database, Salesforce.com
Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to build client relationships over the phone
Have met or exceeded personal/team goals
Customer service skills with the ability to listen and empathize

2 years sales experience
Advanced level prospecting and qualification experience
