Your duties will include but not limited to: * Managing the office flow of patients * Answering phones * Scheduling patients * Patient check in/check out * Preparing patient files * Collecting payments * Filing * Record keeping * Understanding insurance * Managing office production stats * Billing insurance (we will train)
Experience: * Receptionist: 1 year (Required) * MS Suite skills * Medical Experience preferred

navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
