This project will focus on implementing a new feature, Authorable Workflows, at the direction of manager in charge of strategic adoption.

Job Description: The Infrastructure specialist will work with the company's Support Infrastructure team to build and debug Authorable Workflows, in addition to some configuration work. Work will primarily be focused in the Redwood internal tool, creating workflows that affect all YT products. Responsibilities: Authorable Workflow Creation/Debugging: Create workflows that use signals and logic to display certain things to different users Configuration work: create new low-complexity configurations; modify existing configurations; build working knowledge of configuration system for launching and testing purposes Audit work: clean up rules and subexpressions used in internal tools

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory 2-4 years of overall work experience in any technology support or related work environment Ability to work with iOS and Android devices Ability to quickly ramp up on multiple internal configuration tools at once (e.g., Mojo, Redwood) Ability to learn quickly, especially complex logic Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally Ability to run basic data analyses (e.g., vlookup formulas in Excel, Google Sheets) Enjoys problem solving

Desired Bachelor's Degree in any field Previous QA testing experience Experience with Mojo and / or Redwood tools Project management experience Any experience with any coding language would be a plus, but we are not looking for an engineer and a true engineer would likely not be satisfied with this role
