CVS Health Pharma Reporting Advisor in San Antonio, Texas

This role can be a remote based role

CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Reporting - Advisor to join our growing team.

As the Pharma Reporting - Advisor you will have the ability to implement specialty pharmacy technology as it relates to being the face of CVS Health data, reporting an analytics. Additionally, you will have direct oversight including, but not limited to:

· Analyze, understand and work/triage incoming data and reporting requests

· Focuses effort on Pharma reporting issue resolution and root cause analysis in support of contractual commitments

· Updating operational decision and infrastructure support tools including executive dashboards, reports, and templates

· Use a consultative approach to ensure our internal and external client’s needs are being met

· Partner/engage with help desk / sustaining personnel to resolve production related issues for end users / clients

· Partner/engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand data/reporting concerns and build tactical solutions and drive long term fixes

· Partner/engage with various decision makers in the organization to help facilitate business decision and approval

Required Qualifications

*3+ years experience working in a client facing role.

*1+ years Healthcare experience

*2+ years experience in working in a professional services environment with client/stakeholder:

*2+Project/Incident Management

*2+ years Report Design and Development

*1+ years Reconciliation and Root cause analysis

Preferred Qualifications

*1+ years SQL experience


*Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
