Christopherson Business Travel, a globally recognized leader in Travel Management is seeking a creative leader to develop, design, and maintain our marketing assets and content, including graphics, video, animation, photography, promotional assets, and more. The Graphic Designer is an innovative force who can help us expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads through their imagery, design, and content. From concept through execution, this candidate will improve our user experience by bringing our brand to life, communicating our value, and keeping it consistent across all our various touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate across teams and understands the nuances of daily project management.


  • Design regular content to be marketed via all inbound and outbound channels (social, email, blog, landing pages, etc.) to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and other important metrics (Examples include ebooks, whitepapers, videos, infographics, guides, etc.)

  • Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in posting on social media, the blog, email, and other channels

  • Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, and trade show collateral as needed

  • Collaborate with marketing teammates and product developers to support website design and content marketing efforts

  • Ensure consistency of the brand in all designs

  • Manage production calendar and meet deadlines

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of marketing department’s content strategy

  • Keep the team up-to-date with the latest trends in design and video


  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience (work samples will be required)

  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills

  • Proven success designing for the web across several disciplines (text, design, video, etc.) and media (blogging, guides, whitepapers, research, infographics, podcasts, etc.), that are mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens

  • Edit and/or create footage to build a library of product videos, case study videos, etc.

  • Excellent eye for design and typography and the ability to both take and deliver constructive feedback on projects

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Knowledge of HMTL, CSS, and JavaScript a major plus
