Kelly Services Customer Service Representative in Saint Paul, Minnesota
One of our top clients, a top international bank, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a long temporary assignment with the possibility of extension. This position is located in St Paul, MN.
By working for our client, you will be exposed to a large global company (listed on the NYSE), work for one of the most financially stable financial institutions within the U.S., work in a fast paced corporate environment and be an integral part to the Financial Services Team.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Provide primary support, escalation and resolution management for client inquires in regards to their Pension Plan account information and payments. \t
Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance, and escalates issues as needed.\t
Analyzes simple to moderate issues and determines appropriate resolution.
At least one year of customer service experience, previous banking experience preferred\t
High School Diploma or equivalent\t
Excellent verbal and written communication skills\t
Must have Word and Excel experience, as well as basic knowledge on how to navigate Internet browsers.
